At Third Wave Coffee Roasters, we strive to ensure every brew meets your expectations; however, due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we can only accept returns on non-food merchandise and equipment within 15 days of purchase.

Verification and Approval
Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and eligible for return.
Secure Packaging
Once approved, securely pack the merchandise to prevent damage during transit and attach the return shipping label provided by our team.
Refund Processing
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
